This paper is 15 pages however only the last 2 pages which is the conclusion need to be written. There is already a conclusion however it is not good english and a very poor conclusion.

As this is a group project some of the part are not that well written and dont always flow, which is why the conclusion is really important as the introduction is good and want the conclusion to be balanced so that the begin and end of the paper are strong.

The conclusion that is on the paper at the moment is not good at all and should be much stronger and academic.

The topic of the paper is Leadership & Performance Management using the company Starbucks to demonstrate and analysis the points and topics.

In other words, how does leadership (leadership includes leadership styles) and performance management using Starbucks as the focus for the topic. Examine the company and determine how leadership and performance management are present, how are they used, how does it affect the company (positive and negative), and any other crucial points regarding both the company and the main topic.

The conclusion must be strong so that the reader is captured and interested until the last page, the conclusion is very important as it closes the last 15 pages. And should make the paper interesting until the end even if it is the closing pages.
