Leaders have a responsibility to their shareholders, however, from the top down, there is a culture of individuality and self-interest that pervades many organizations. Many believe that the failures of many large corporations, like Enron is a direct cause of quick results and annual bonuses. There is always a willingness to bend the rules.
How do we change the mindset of those that are always willing to bend the rules? Please provide a reference to back up your opinion so that I may read it on my own.
