During my SWOT analysis in analyzing my weaknesses I found that through my orgniazation
1. Lack of technical engineering software application skills in current position as an industrial engineer, a year ago i was in IT but due to downsize moved to engineering
2. Developing code is difficult and my job requires it
3. Tend to rush through and not through think out a process within my orgamization there really is no startegy on how to geet things done manager just says yes to customer without getting a true accurate analysis and estimation of the work from his employees. Causing the tendency to rush and not follow through a process which in turns causes errords and takes longer to complete and then the complaint that too much budget was used.
