Phase Year - First Phase
Description
- Board of Director approval of new initiative
- Determine the necessary resources required for change (Hiring external agents)
- Change agents to provide seminar to educate middle managers
- Managers adopt persuasion style to introduce change and explain purpose of change
- Ensure socialization between managers and employees due to diversity in ARCBS to better understand the importance of implementing knowledge management
Phase Year - Second Phase
(Change) 2 - Provide a platform such as an intranet called Connect for everyone in the organisation to store and compile resources and knowledge
- Managers adopt participative style
- Encourage participation of employees in adapting to new system
- Monitoring of the knowledge management system implemented
- Monitor employees' reaction
- Feedback from employees regarding the new system
- Make amendments according to feedback and revert to the first phase to ensure change is delivered efficiently within the organisation
Phase Year - Third Phase
(Refreeze) 3 - Managers adopt collaboration and participation style
- Knowledge management system to implement successfully
- Incorporating and facilitating of new system into daily operations
- Implement informal and formal mechanisms (EG: Procedure for new employees to follow and be aligned to)
Write the evaluation part to fit the implementation plan and add in balance score card component (Part 5 of screenshot)
