Research the Internet for knowledge management software and briefly describe the functions of such software. Find at least two organizations that have a public customer service web site (for example, Microsoft's web site provides information related to operating system updates).
Consider the following:
· Compare and evaluate the two web sites.
· Is the information easy to find? How is it easy or difficult?
· Do the sites seem friendly? What makes them friendly or unfriendly?
· Is information easy to understand once it is found?
