The key characteristics of a successful manager detailed in the article have great attitudes, must be firm and direct, demonstrates maturity always are flexible in dealing with employees and the business, reinforce accountability, does not mind to step down from the high horse of being a manager and actual doing some of the groundwork and develop great talent. I feel like these are all wonderful traits to have. When it comes down to having a successful business it start with your team and with management with these type of qualities you can not lose.
