Problem:
Within the presentation: Identify and justify the need for a safety and quality improvement (QI) project using root cause analysis and cause and effect tools. Review and appraise relevant literature and evidence (evidence based practice standards, guidelines or best practice principles) to support the QI project. Demonstrate why the change is needed and how the change will be implemented using Kotter's change model. Reflect on your own leadership style and capabilities in facilitating this change and identify leadership skills that you need to develop for this project and HOW you will develop these skills.
