Problem 1) Make a HR Scorecard that encompasses key metrics that Walt Disney World should track to evaluate overall performance in your organization. Each scorecard item should include:

a. The rationale behind each metric.

b. How the metric will be calculated.

c. The source that the metric will come from, (i.e. applicant tracking system, employee satisfaction scores, etc.) as well as the reporting frequency (i.e. daily, monthly, semi-annually, etc.).

d. The expected business results as a result of tracking the metric.

Problem 2) Justification for implementing an HR scorecard.

Problem 3) Identify potential areas of resistance and/or obstacles to implementing your proposed scorecard as well as a plan to overcome the obstacles identified.
