Jayson is an international jewel thief whom Interpol, the international police organization, suspects of having committed burglaries in cities around the world.
He relocates to a city on the Caspian Sea where within a short time, a number of wealthy homes are burglarized and jewels stolen. Local police arrest him, and after severe interrogation, he confesses to the crimes.
