It is important for a company to seek out those individuals who they perceive will be there for a long time. Those types of people who show they want to be a carrer person, then it is easier for the company to invest in those individuals and it will be more productive because it shows that the company cares about you to put you through training and get you more qualified. If they don't do that, then it shows they are only looking for employees on that part time basis and expect them to leave sooner than later. Therefore an organization should be built around building their people up and applying attention and higher job related working skills of improvement in order to keep them and become more productive and even more knowledgeable.
