General Guidelines
1.	This is assignment based on clinical placement.
2.	It is expected that the paper will  have but not limited to the following parts:  title, introduction, body,  recommendations, conclusion and references.
3.	As a draft paper the word count is 1500
4.	Issues and arguments that needs to be  raised up in the paper should be properly supported by evidences and  literature from 2010 to the present (no bargaining).
Guidelines of the Content
Note: Use MOH health vision and mission 2050
1. The focus of the  paper is all about cost efficiency and cost effectivenessin relation to  the healthcare system here in Oman.  Explore possibilities of it on how  it can be utilized to maximize and contain costs especially now during  the time of austerity.
2. Introduce the paper  through the use of current readings and literature on cost efficiency  and effectiveness.  Examine also its relationship with one another and  how it can affect the current healthcare system in the country.
3. The body of the paper may contain but not limited to the following as per suggestions:  
*Cost saving measures in healthcare, its value and importance
*Ethical implications for cost efficiency and effectiveness as a cost saving measures
*From various literature and readings formulate and develop at least 5 new cost saving measures(discuss within the bod))- 
Firist new cost measure is:
1-	ICER- Incremental cost effectiveness
2-	CEA- Cost Effectiveness Analysis
3- 	Third and Fourth and Fifth One you can use UK and USA model and put on  your mind that the measure  could be applied in a macro level in  relation to the healthcare system in Oman -needs to be creative,  innovative and feasible
*Make justification of the formulated saving measures on how it can be utilized and help the organization achieve its goals
*Suggested to align the content of the paper with the Ministry of Health 2050 Vision in Oman
*Feel free to use tables, charts or anything that will help the paper to be more scientific
4. Formulate necessary and appropriate recommendations.
5. End up the paper with an apt conclusion.
