Problem: Is the population under research and methodology sample below right? Babie & Halley (2010) describe the target population as the complete group of respondents who fulfill the specified criteria for a particular study. Onwuegbuzie & Leech (2005) explain that a population element, which could be an individual, an organization, a customer database, or a set of quantitative data, is the subject of the study on which measurements are taken. The study's population was made up of respondents from the Nelson plant in Stoke, New Zealand. As of March 2024, the plant had a total of 300 employees (data sourced from alliancejobs). The study included these 300 employees from various departments within the organization, who formed the target population under investigation. They were the primary source of the study, providing the necessary responses to the research questions.
