An employer wishes to require all employees to be bound by an arbitration agreement in a new personnel handbook. The employer has prepared a copy of the arbitration provision and the notice it intends to send to the email address of all employees which states that by coming to work the day following receipt of the email, the employee agrees to be bound to the arbitration agreement. Assuming the company sends an email to each employee, if an employee comes to work the following day is the arbitration agreement enforceable?
