It is stated in this week's module notes that "The need for global integration" and "the need for local responsiveness" will jointly determine the strategy formulation of international business (global strategy, multidomestic strategy or transnational strategy).
We can list many businesses that are taking either global standardization strategy (i.e. commodity company such as U.S steel) or multidomestic strategy (i.e. entertainment business such as MTV or SONY entertainment).
Is that possible that a business may face both "LOW need for global integration" and "LOW need for local responsiveness"? What business if any?
