1. Must viewing or monitoring of social networking cites be assumed the suiatble method for preliminary employment screening and continued employment with organizations?

2. Some companies try to restrict behavior of employees while they are off job. Most common restriction is prohibition against smoking. Less common is prohibition against public drinking.
