Problem: Education In this course we learned that some of the smartest and greatest leaders in American history never attended college. Some of them, such as Benjamin Franklin, Frederick Douglass, and Abraham Lincoln had no formal education at all. (A) Using examples from their lives, explain why they were successful. (B) What did their lives tell you about the difference between education and intelligence? (C) What would these historic figures think of the state of American education today in terms of opportunity and individual achievement? Please help me!
