1. Introduction to the project, company selection and justification
Here you should briefly introduce the project (what it will discuss) and then introduce the company (please choose a company in the United Kingdom. alternatively, if you have chosen an international company, focus your analysis on the UK segment). When looking at the "superior performance", what you are trying to demonstrate is that the company not only has high revenues but is also excellent in other areas. Remember that we are looking at it from a marketing perspective, so the elements you look at should be relevant from a marketing point of view. Examples may be an excellent customer service, an incredibly innovative strategy in their products, a unique brand positioning that makes them stand out from the competition, etc. I recommend using the marketing mix 7Ps to have a quick check of the company and identify some examples of excellence. Please note, in this section you are not going in-depth in the analysis and just introducing the indicators of excellence. You will discuss this further in section 3 and 4.
