The report will involve choosing and researching an international organization and identifying two or more ways to create a competitive advantage (i.e. Efficiency, innovation, responsiveness to customers and quality), in addition to conducting a SWOT analysis of the organization (i.e. strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats).
