Problem: Miss My Period, a 42-year-old female, with LMP 5 months ago presents with c/o vaginal staining x 1 month. Patient states she has been gaining weight rapidly. Patient was taking oral contraceptive pills, but skipped several pills a few months ago. Pregnancy test two months ago negative. Subjective data: Several sexual partners; fatigue; weight gain; unwanted facial hair; pelvic pain; hot flashes and night sweats. Your blood work reveals a FSH of 3 and LH of 42. Instructions:

1. Give an introduction and general background for abnormal uterine bleeding/pcos, including: structural etiology, Non-structural etiology, and pharmacologic etiologies.
