Taking Morphine IR tablets PO ATC for pain control. 80 year old with Huntington's disease whose pain regimen consists of Gabapentin 300mg PO TID and Acetaminophen 325mg PO every 6 hours as needed. 75 year old with lung cancer and comorbid of dementia with uncontrolled chronic pain and dyspnea who is prescribed OxyContin® and Roxanol® PO however regularly forgets to take his medications.
