Indications for Gingival Curettage - Endodontic Surgery
a) Persistent periradicular pathosis following endodontic treatment,
b) Periradicular lesion that enlarges after endodontic treatment, as noted in follow-up radiographs or digital radiographic images,
c) A marked overextension of obturating materials interfering with healing,
d) A biopsy is deemed "considered" necessary.
