Wikileaks is a very interesting problem and, like many other topics, would be a good topic. You are welcome to share ideas on topics before you begin.
Please locate a case of actual use of cyber systems or on-going threats and research that case. Provide a 350 word summary of the case, the role of counterintelligence in detecting and undoing the threat, and the role of analysis in identifying and addressing the problem.
