Increase in school and workplace violence

Assignment:

We have seen an increase in school and workplace violence over the years. Some of these crimes have resulted in numerous deaths in a single instance. At least 3 to 5 pages.
 
Research any one instance of school or workplace violence and discuss the following questions in your essay:

1. What are some events that led up to the incident?
2. What are the facts about the incident?
3. Who were the offenders?
4. What was the initial law enforcement response?
5. What was the police response during the remainder of the incident?
6. What, if any, changes have been made by those affected by the incident? (police, government, school, workplace, etc.)
