Eco-Journal:
Keep a log or diary that tracks your daily use of
(a) water,
(b) electricity and energy,
(c) gas and driving,
(d) food consumption,
(e) waste and garbage, and
(f) attempt at "meatless Mondays."
Also note your environmental thoughts.
Include a three-page paper that assesses your eco-footprint in terms of your impact on the environment and what you do or could do to lesson your footprint. Save a tree - Keep the diary on your iPad!
Ecojournal should be a daily log of daily behaviors regarding consumption and waste including water, energy, gas, food and waste I generate. I travel 25 miles daily weekdays and 5 daily on weekends. I eat a lot of meat and vegetables. I participate in meatless mondays
