Act as if you've conducted a coaching session with a co-worker, attempting to help him/her with the change they are seeking.
Write a debrief about what you experienced and witnessed in your coaching session. Discuss what you observed & how each level of the
Five Stages of Change was addressed. Answer the following questions:
1) As the coach discuss what was the change issue the co-worker was seeking?
2) Discuss the session. What emotions were shown? How did the co-work resist change?
3) In what ways did you express concern, support, empathy?
4) Discuss the Five Stages of Change and how you moved your co-work through each stage.
5) What goals did the co-worker established (provide details of SMART)?
6) Provide a debrief on what you learned the most about coach.
7) Provide a debrief on what was a greatest challenge and something you would like to get better at.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
