I’m doing a group paper for my Entrepreneurship class on starting a cannabis delivery service company that delivers cannabis from only growers to dispensaries in the state of California. In other words, we are only delivering from Business to Business and not to consumers. We also own our own fleet of trucks. I really need help addressing and answering the Product strategy and Channels of distribution parts of the marketing plan for our cannabis delivery service company because since we are ONLY delivering cannabis we actually don’t have a product, so the product strategy and the channels of distribution seem a bit difficult.
