There are many Korean restaurants in Gold Coast, but the restaurants treat some of famous food such as hot pot, BBQ grill, Bibimbob, etc. As there are many Korean living in Gold Coast, they might miss their foods such as Kimbob, Jjajangman, Dduckbukki, etc. Our restaurant should focus on what Korean who lives or travels in Gold Coast want to have for their meal first. In addition, the restaurant should do good marketing to people in Gold Coast whether they are Korean or not.
1. Research on which foods Korean want to have.
2. Take some of famous foods from the research results.
3. Need to find the chief who can cook it.
4. Try to serve the foods as trial.
5. If it is good, make new menu.
6. Advertise it through Korean newspaper or Web-Site.
