In Excel or Word, create a frequency distribution and a graph depicting the data below. Then, write up an interpretation of the data - what does this data tell us?

• 5 = Major level of anxiety
• 4 = Moderate level of anxiety
• 3 = Neutral level of anxiety
• 2 = Minor level of anxiety
• 1 = No anxiety
