In a Terrystop context, if the explanation offered by the subject reasonably satisfies the officer that a crime is not occurring or has not already occurred, the officer:
a. cannot lawfully frisk the subject just to see what might turn up.
b. can still frisk the subject if the initial reason for the stop involved the use of the drug courier profile.
c. may still frisk the subject to check for weapons since a weapons check is reasonable in all circumstances.
d. can still frisk the subject if the officer has a hunch that maybe illegal drugs it could be found on the subject.
