Important information about Website Analysis
Select a commercial Website, preferably one with which you are familiar, and prepare and present a slide presentation evaluating the following site characteristics:
o Ease of use;
o Availability of information;
o Customer service options;
o Design, including use of graphics, color, and multimedia;
o Stickiness, e.g., things about the site that make you want to stay, rather than move on to another site -- what brought you to the site and what will bring you back?
