Question is based around a real life quality problem in an organisation. I am required to analysis the problem (break it down as to why is may be a problem) and put tools in place to help solve the problem.
Why it is an issue in organisations. Also, help me develop some tools that will step-by-step follow a process to implementing a better performance appraisal process. Required to use flowcharts and histograms.
Quality Problem = lack of quality performance appraisals in organisations and poor implementation of performance appraisals
