You will choose a retailer or e-tailer in an industry to be advised by your lecturer and develop a retail marketing analysis report that will assist in improving the performance of that retailer's business. You are encouraged to undertake extensive research into the retailer/e-tailers background and as a group identify the issues that are currently impacting the retailer's performance. Once these issues are identified and analyzed by the group, you are required to write an individual retail marketing analysis report providing your recommendations for the chosen retailer.
Purpose: To allow you to explore and understand how retailers plan and develop strategies to attract consumers; and build competitive advantages for business survival. Furthermore, you are given an opportunity to be creative; and apply the skills and knowledge you have gained from the marketing units that you have completed within your study program
Your retail marketing analysis report will include the following headings only:
Launch Plan: Launch plan clearly highlighted marketing activities
Implementation Process: Discussed how the retailer will manage its operations and implement the plan to ensure results with diagrams.
Recommendations: Provided clear solid recommendations for ensuring that continued amendments and improvements are made to the retail marketing plan
