Your team will work together to develop a detailed description and implementation plan for the innovation you selected to pursue. Each team member must research and describe a product development or management process, methodology, or model that could be utilized to implement the innovation. The group should select and use one of these models for developing its own implementation plan.
The innovative project is called "The Pet Wrap" Background about The pet Wrap: Pet fur is left all over. Fur on your clothing when you arrive for that major interview or business appointment tends not to be very professional. For this reason, this innovation is to help to illuminate the problem caused by the fur. This innovation is call the "Pet Wrap". The idea of the "Pet Wrap" is very simple, yet innovative in that the fabric used to make the "Pet Wrap" is a microfiber that is fur resistant. The "Pet Wrap" comes in three sizes to fit customer needs ranging from a small that fits on your lap or small spaces; a medium for chairs and sofas; to a large that fits across a queen or king size bed. It can also be used as a throw blanket for travel. It can be purchased as a garment for your pet. With different designs of the owners choosen. Of course, as the name implies, a customer can wrap themselves in any of these sizes. The colors and patterns of the "Pet Wrap" fits any fashion or interior décor.
