Draw on the content from this module's lecture and readings to identify one nursing care issue that would benefit from a well-organized quality improvement plan. Using a Power Point presentation with voice over audio, develop an employee engagement plan to garner support for the QI initiative. This should be a presentation that a nursing executive would present to the staff of a particular unit or perhaps the Chief Nursing Officer would present to the nursing leadership team. This assignment should be 12-14 slides with approximately 10 minutes in audio.
