Preprints and studies monitoring multiple symptoms that appeared after SARS-CoV-2 infection before or after COVID-19 vaccination. Information was collected by conducting interviews in person, electronically, or by telephone. 2548 studies were identified, 11 peer-reviewed studies, and six preprints were included. The methodological quality was high at 82%. Overall, the vaccine proved effective in reducing the risk of long-COVID and two doses were better than one.
