Imagine that you're planning a presentation to a group of employees. You want to explain the new, online, time-off request system. Employees will use the system to request vacation time as well as personal days, such as for a doctor's appointment, that they have scheduled in advance. Employees can enter their requests between two weeks and one year before the scheduled time.
Create a handout that will supplement your presentation to employees. In addition to the information above, provide employees with a link to the system and instructions for accessing the system. You can invent these. If you're ambitious, you may create mock-ups of screenshots and include those as well.
