Problem
Real evidence is physical evidence having, or alleged to have, an actual connection to the events that are subject of the trial. Demonstrative or illustrative evidence includes all tangible items presented at trial that did not have any real connection to the events, but that are employed to aid a jury or judge to comprehend testimony or some other evidence. Give an example of each type of evidence identified above. Also, explain how your example of a demonstrative/illustrative evidence can help the jury understand.
