Illustrate - the functions of the heart chambers

Assignment task:

My post was "The Functions of the Heart's Chambers.

The right atrium, left atrium, right ventricle, and left ventricle are the four chambers of the heart. Blood that needs to be oxygenated from the body is taken in by the right atrium and pumped into the right ventricle, which then pumps it to the lungs. Blood that has been oxygenated by the lungs enters the left atrium, where it is pumped into the left ventricle and then out to the body (Cronk, 2018).

The Related Valves.

Blood flow through the heart is controlled by four valves that prevent blood from flowing backward. The tricuspid valve is located between the right atrium and right ventricle, and the mitral valve is located between the left atrium and left ventricle. The aortic valve is situated between the left ventricle and the aorta, while the pulmonic valve is situated between the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery (Cronk, 2018).
