Question: Even though it was later overturned, the lower court held in the Chevron case where a worker named Mario Echazabal wanted to work in a dangerous "coker unit" that might injure his liver, that; Question options: Chevron could stop him from working in this unit since it would be detrimental to his health by exposing him to substances that would injure his liver more. Chevron is required by OSHA laws, to make sure that their plant does not injure its employees and therefore they could prohibit him from working there. Chevron may not act like a parent and make decisions concerning an employee's health in that courts have held that the Americans With Disability Act prohibits this type of discrimination.
