If you have a diverse customer base, it would seem logical that you have a diverse workforce who can better understand the customers which they serve. However, integrating the workforce has brought challenges to some organizations.
1. Discuss at least 5 barriers or challenges an organization may face as they attempt to better diversify their employee population.
2. Propose an innovative strategy (not training) an organization should consider to better integrate minority employees into an organization that lacks a diverse workforce.
