Scope, MS Project, Risk Management Plan Assignment - Project Plan
For this assignment, you will complete a project plan that includes:
1) a Project Scope Statement and project priorities,
2) a project plan in MS Project that shows project schedule and estimated costs for all resources required for the project, and
3) a Risk Management Plan (Identify 5 major risk for your project and complete a Risk Assessment Matrix and Risk Response Matrix).
You were hired as a project manager to manage the construction of a House. All of the work has been subcontracted and subcontractors submitted with their bid the duration for each activity. Tables below show the total cost fore the subcontract by the estimated hours and average cost per hour for the subcontractor.
Project Workdays
For your project schedule, use: July 1, 2018 as the first day of the project
A 5-day workweek (this is the default setting in MS Project)
Annual holidays on:
- July 4
- Labor Day - the 1st Monday in September
- Thanksgiving - the 4th Thursday in November and the Friday following
- Christmas - December 24 and December 25
- New Years - January 1, 2019
- Memorial Day - last Monday of May
