I need help identifying direct cost and indirect cost in a dessert business

My husband and I run an outdoor stand where we sell a dessert which consists of shave ice topped with condense milk, a variety of fruits and shaved coconut. Our costs consist of buying all products, cups, straws, napkins, gasoline. We also have 1 worker which we pay $600/week. we don't pay no rent since we operate outdoors.
