Nurses reported using systematic measurements and the observation chart to assess patient's condition, and this enabled a quicker and more appropriate physicians treatment response. However, both nurses and physicians experienced that clinical intuition was still a crucial skill. Overall, this study contribute to the academic advancement in the field of sepsis management, as it highlights the importance of standardized protocols and interprofessional training for early detection and appropriate patient treatment.
