Assignment Task: Dr Doug goes to the hospital to visit his patient. The prior day, the patient was in critical condition. When the doctor arrives in the hospital room, there are two nurses, three family members, and the patient. The patient has made an incredible recovery and is sitting up in bed, smiling and laughing with those in the room, the doctor comes in the patient and says "I'm glad to see your smiling. I thought you were going to be dead today." one of the family members was very upset by the comment posted a negative review on Google and quoted the' doctor. The doctor sued for defamation.
