There appears to be an agreement around the following 3 basic principles, Transparency, Accountability and Control.
I. Identify which of the 3 principles you feel is the most important to facilitate the development of effective corporate governance.
II. Explain what the term greenwashing means to your definition
III. To what extent do you feel that greenwashing is a form of behaviour that should be monitored as part of corporate governance? Provide some reasons for your response.
