Customers are concerned about the amount of time they had to wait before they are seated. How would you handle that?
Shortages of supplies occurred in the weekly orders. Vendors have assured the manager that they are not responsible.
In recent weeks, customer complaints have been on the rise, and sales have declined.
In addition, effective leaders are enthusiastic about the workplace. They also spread their enthusiasm to their staff. How would you perform the following?
a) Identify ways to improve enthusiasm during daily work activities.
b) What have you experienced in your job that a manager or company has motivated you?
