Assignment: Present the Ways in Which Reflection Can Be Used As a Leadership Tool
Length: 12 to 15 slides.
Using what you have gained from the resources, develop a presentation for your colleagues on reflection as a tool for developing one's leadership style. Identify the various ways you reflect and the methods of reflection you have yet to try. Finally, discuss how reflection has improved your professional practice as a leader and the role self-reflection plays in becoming a more effective leader.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
