The marketing plan to contain-

A. Executive summary: Summarizing the identified business problem, and the marketing strategy/tactics and recommend to solve it.

B. Mission of the business that has been selected to work on and its product portfolio.

C. Identify the issue that will be solving and/or the market growth that will be pursuing: Includes all the relevant secondary data and framework. Use other framework as deemed necessary (ex. SWOT analysis, Ansoff matrix, BCG).

D. A competitive analysis: Identify competitors, specify how competition is challenging the business

E. Identify the business objective that would be focused on to achieve business growth. (Focus and Benchmarks)

F. Identify the target market to achieve business objectives.

G. Identify the value proposition that will help to grow the business.

H. Derive the marketing tactics that will deliver the strategy which has identified: Specify the changes that will be incurred to the Product, service, brand, price, incentives, communication and distribution that will allow to achieve your marketing objectives.

I. Identify the Control mechanisms that will evaluate whether the strategy is successful. Which KPIs will be tracked? How will the company control its performance and its environment?
