V. Identify and list twelve industry related terminology related to your role as a pathology collector and identify at least one thing you need to ensure you do to respond accordingly on Facebook when a customer has left a negative feedback on the pathology collection centre's Facebook Page where you work. Your supervisor has asked you to respond to the review.
