Assignment: Training and Development Presentation
As the HR Development professional, you have been tasked with creating a presentation to mid-level managers on assessment and training. In your presentation:
1. Identify two methods used in a training needs assessment.
2. Examine these methods and present the advantages of each design.
3. Often, during a needs assessment, we identify "gaps" that are not met. Create a rubric/guideline that an organization can utilize to determine these gaps.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
